Cognition for Wellness Individualized cognitive and language based exercise for adults and geriatrics WELCOME TO COGNITION For WELLNESS!!! (401)527-9391 [email protected]

INTRO:
My name is Alison Faerber and I have been working in acute care and rehabilitation settings as a medical speech language pathologist for over 19 years. I have extensive experience working 1:1 with adults and geriatrics of all levels (high, medium, or low abilities) to improve cognition, language, and various communication skills. My new service, Cognition for Wellness, offers individualized cognitive/linguistic stimulation coaching for individuals who are looking for weekly activity to address a wide range of skills such as memory, problem solving, word finding, reasoning, executive function, reading/writing, attention, and social skills (just to name a few). Cognition for Wellness may be beneficial to many individuals, including but not limited to-
**Homebound and seeking weekly mental/cognitive exercise, socialization, and stimulation?
**Your doctor recommends daily physical AND mental activity to stay healthy- but HOW?
**Recently completed or discharged from medical rehab services and need help with daily exercise programs?
**Feeling "sluggish and foggy", stuck in same old routine and/or experiencing age related memory loss?
**Dealing with chronic health issues or conditions related to stroke, dementia, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or progressive neurologic disease? Services are conveniently scheduled based on your availability and provided in the privacy of your home. Sessions are offered 1-2 per week for 4 to 8 weeks, based on your preference. Feel free to reach out by phone or email to determine if services are right for you or a family member.
