i want to thank Peter and Irina for really taking the time to help me find a new smoothie. i recently started paying more attention to my diagnoses and realized having MCAS that i was consuming stuff my body doesn’t even wanna deal with.
i am so very tired of being sick and tired.
it’s ever so exhausting and complicated but i was comforted by Irina’s kind words of encouragement and how Peter actually pulled up MCAS info in google land to learn what he could. My heart, you guys. 🫶🏼
