The more you attend or even have a practice, be it meditation, breathwork, sitting in stillness, a walk, yoga, etc., you become more open to it, it becomes easier. Sound healing and what I do during the sound process is also guiding you each time to trust, to open and allow, to self heal more and more. It’s a process. You will see your life start to shift in the way you desire. You’ll have more clarity. I’m looking forward to the next session at the Salt Cave!! See you Sept 7.. I know many started school so this might be a good cleansing!! Recharging !!

After these last few sessions, I’m noticing so much clearing. So intense trauma clearing, ancestrial clearing, the heaviness being lifted. The more that attend gets me excited because the more people will feel the shift from you attending, creating a ripple effect of love, peace and freedom. That’s how we change the world, by taking care of ourselves first. So grateful to be assisting with this change. And you all are powerhouses!!! My sound healing sessions are for you to self heal, let go, breathe and just be. We hum, we connect our hearts and deeply relaxing. I play all around you, while doing light language, and other tasks. I then work on you individually, followed by a moment of silence and a share. I would to have you there and feel the vibrations getting you back in tune. Tonight’s session was about forgiveness… I’ll definitely be hosting more of this.. it’s so freeing! I came home and burned the papers we wrote on, sent it back to Source. I’m so grateful for all that came. You allowed the energy to dissolve. The steps leading to it flowed and was beautiful. While working on the sound I pull up a hologram to also work on the group as a collective ( this takes place at all sessions). Then you get individual attention. Thank you for allowing, receiving and letting go!! We are powerful being!! Remember that!! We are One. 🤍🩵

Tomorrow night… if you struggle with forgiving someone or yourself this is definitely for you. I practiced this powerful technique and it helped me so much. Back in June I did this at another venue and it was such a beautiful experience for me and those that attended. The feedback made me tear up. How they felt immediate weight lifted. Learning that it’s not even about the other person. It’s about you! When you free yourself you allow growth, open doors, and more light and joy into your life.
