Namaste For Life The Light In Me Honors The Light In You! Namaste For Life is a wellness center in Middletown that will offer something for everyone.

We will have a retail area, healing rooms, and classes/workshops for women, men, and children. The retail area will have crystals, herbs, candles, bags, books, etc. The healing rooms will be for Reiki, massage, meditation, etc. The classes/workshops will be for women, men, and children.
