Our youngest patients hold a very special place in our hearts! 💖 This month, we are focusing entirely on celebrating their vibrant health and happiness. Watching these kids grow and thrive visit after visit is such a rewarding part of what we do. Every little smile reminds us just how important it is to build healthy habits early on!

It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Timely diagnosis saves lives. Take a second look 👀 at your breasts.⁣ If you notice changes to your breasts, such as a lump, pitting of the skin or pain, go and see a health practitioner for a check-up. ⁣
⁣
Most breast lumps are not cancerous. Those that are, can be more effectively treated if identified early.

✅ Check your breasts ⁣
✅ Get screened regularly ⁣
✅ See your doctor ⁣
✅ Get your annual mammogram done

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month—a powerful reminder that proactive health habits save lives. Early detection remains one of our strongest defenses, and it starts with three simple steps:

- Know your normal: Spend a few minutes each month on a self-exam. If something feels or looks different, talk to your doctor.
- Prioritize your annual exam: Professional medical check-ups provide clinical assessments that go beyond self-checks.
- Stay on top of screenings: If you are over 40 or at a higher risk, regular mammograms can catch issues before symptoms even appear.

Let's look out for one another this month and inspire our circles to put their health first! ♥️

We are wearing orange today to honor "Every Child Matters Day". We remember the indigenous children who were taken from their families and forced into residential and boarding schools. We honor the survivors who carried those experiences throughout their lives, and we remember the children who never returned home.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month—a time to support the brave young fighters and families in our communities. Each year in the U.S., roughly 15,000 children face a cancer diagnosis, and far too many are lost. Let’s wear gold all month long to honor these children, raise vital awareness, and show families they are never alone in this fight. 💛
