Long before Bloom, yoga was simply a place I went when I needed somewhere to put my grief.

Over the years, it became something more.

A way to breathe. To move through what I was carrying. To feel strong again. And eventually, a way to create that kind of space for other people, too.

I don't think we always need to leave the hard parts of our lives behind.

Sometimes we learn how to carry them🤍

Bloom has always been a space where women can exhale. A space for the moms, the caretakers, the women carrying invisible weight, and anyone navigating loss or simply the demands of life.

We all arrive on our mats with different stories, but for one hour we breathe together. We move together. We remember that we don't have to carry everything alone.

There is already enough heaviness in the world. If yoga has taught me anything, it's that healing doesn't happen alone. We bloom when we have space to breathe, to be seen, and to support one another. 🌿
