Yes, what happens metabolically when working out and building muscle is absolutely incredible(what we are after) and body recomposition is a beautiful thing…

New to me and maybe to you too…Basil Seeds!!!!! Like chia but DOUBLE the FIBER and DOUBLE the PROTEIN!!!!! They swell in 5 min too!!! Great for “pudding, egg replacement in baking, throwing in smoothies, cereal, oatmeal, etc…7 plant points in this breakfast! 💪🏼

So grateful to bring BSwell into the community today! 💖

It was such a lovely experience meeting other wellness entrepreneurs and businesses who are passionate about serving women. There’s something powerful about being in a room full of people who truly care about helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Even though this event was outside of my usual area, it felt so good to connect, collaborate, and expand the BSwell community. Conversations like these remind me why I do what I do — supporting women in building strength, nourishing their bodies, improving sleep, managing stress, and creating sustainable health.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the table, shared your story, or simply said hello. I’m excited for the connections and collaborations ahead.

Last night I had the opportunity to reunite with some of my college role models, old teammates and coaches- truly amazing women. Their grit, dedication, and commitment to excellence continue to inspire me.

Twenty years later, they are still leading, still growing, and still inspiring. It’s powerful to be reminded where your standards were formed and who helped raise them.

Who and what you surround yourself with matters. You become what you consistently see, hear, and strive toward. Choose wisely. Be intentional.

So grateful for the example they set — then and now. 💛 🖤

Are you really gonna make that banana bread? 🥸 😜 chunk and freeze and they are ready to go for a later use and you can just keep adding to the freezer bag if needed…they can be thawed for baking(pancakes,bread) or thrown into smoothies or used for some banana nice-cream!
