As I continue to recover from my breast cancer surgery and prepare to start radiation on August 26th, I’m taking a moment to count my blessings. I want to send a huge thank you to the unexpected angels who have messaged, called, sent cards, flowers, gifts, care baskets, visited, or dropped off food. Your support and kindness have meant everything to me and have kept me going. Cancer has really revealed who is willing to stand in the storm with me, and I am so very grateful for those supporting me. 🤍

⌨️ This review highlights a fundamental misunderstanding of aromatherapy and plant chemistry. Essential oils are natural and highly volatile extracts, lacking the synthetic fixatives used in perfumes to extend their scent.

👎 Additionally, repeatedly applying oils causes the nose to quickly adapt and ignore the scent, a normal biological response called olfactory fatigue.

😑 The reviewer’s disappointment arises from several common misconceptions about essential oils, which can be summarized into these key points:

🌟 Volatility vs. Fixation: Essential oils are composed of pure plant compounds that evaporate naturally when exposed to air and body heat. Unlike synthetic perfumes or colognes designed for hours-long projection, essential oils are not meant to linger indefinitely.
