I am sure many people have New Years Resolutions about getting healthy, eating better, or just feeling better in 2026. One of the best decisions I made in 2025 was hiring to help me. From providing access to an app with a schedule of custom workouts to complete daily, to advice on diet, to motivating me when I didn’t feel like moving lol, to showing me the progress I had made so far, Jose was amazing - he truly cares. For me it wasn’t about having washboard abs - I wanted to ensure I keep my energy levels high and feel great in general so I could be an excellent servant to my people at work and my family at home!
