Before the bowls sing, the gongs roar, and everyone settles into deep rest… there’s a whole lot of labor that happens behind the scenes. 😂

Hauling instruments. Moving mats. Setting the space. Tuning the energy. And somehow making it all look effortless once everyone walks through the door.

Today we’re celebrating everyone who puts in the work!
The physical work, the creative work, the emotional work, the invisible work, and the work that turns a vision into something real.

Because rest feels even better when you know how much love went into creating the space for it. 🤍

Yet

A friendly reminder from your local Reiki Master Teacher...

I was doing my own daily ritual and I think Virgo season reached through and wanted to talk about why it is so important to have a daily ritual, or routine.

Returning, again and again, to something every day (in a healthy and intentional way) helps to keep us grounded, aligned, focused, and centered.

The world may be in chaos, but we certainly don't need to be. Find something that soothes and centers you every day.

Could be as simple as deep breathing into the chest/belly a few times. Saying an affirmation/mantra/prayer. Find what works for YOU.

Physics has proven what Spiritual teachings have been saying.

The moment you observe something, you alter it. Your attention is not passive, it's participation.

This is why intention is so important. Even more powerful when it's co-created for the same outcome.

Level 2 Reiki is an opportunity to dive deeper.
Deeper into the teachings, but more importantly, deeper into yourself.

Haven't got plans for September?

With all our upcoming events, you do now!

We're bringing back the Cacao Ceremony circle for Autumn Equinox. This is going to be a smaller, more intimate gathering in our spaces downstairs, and we can't wait to share it with you.

We also have our next Chakra Embodiment series, the one I think everyone seems to love and be the most curious about, the Third Eye.

Reiki Level 2 for those that want to dive deeper into the modality, open their channel further, and learn special Reiki Symbols and distant healing. Not just in miles, but time and space 😉.

Our next Elemental Alchemy: AIR is happening as well during Libra Season. Balancing the mind. We're planning a beautiful sound circle and limpia (energy clearing with feathers). You guys make these so fun, especially in the sound circle, so we hope you'll join us!

We end the month during an Aries Full Moon Sunday Sound for Inner Peace 🕊️

One of the quickest and easiest ways to connect directly with the nervous system is frequency through the ears and vibrations through the body.

Our Full Body Frequency session does both.

It starts with intention and a full body "vibrational massage" through sound bowls and Reiki.

It ends with a tuning fork protocol , such as a nervous system reset and overall wellbeing, more Reiki and other sounds such as grounding drumming.

The frequency and vibration + intention help the mind body to relax and move the old energy, down to a cellular level.

Maybe the intention was peace, relaxation, or groundedness. Either way, you'll leave feeling shifted 🔃
