I’m following the water again—into action, into training, into the water tribe that does this work.
This is certification in aquatic therapy through Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) and continued study with Aquatic Therapy & Rehab Institute (ATRI).
Six days. 180+ sessions. 70 presenters from around the world. A full immersion in aquatic fitness, rehab, therapy, deep water training, active aging, and mind-body practices.
This is what it looks like to step into the work—not conceptually, but physically, practically, in community.
Tai Chi in the water—precision and nervous system regulation through slow movement.
Water yoga—mobility, breath, and release supported by buoyancy.
Aquatic stretching for arthritis and chronic restriction—restoring range where land has limitations.
Rehab and therapeutic aquatic modalities that support strength, function, and healing across all ages and conditions.
This is being in action with water.
And being in action with the water tribe—the therapists, teachers, clinicians, and practitioners who have devoted their lives to this medium and its intelligence.
I’ve followed water through years of training, travel, and lived practice—swimming, floatation, water massage, freediving, water birth, and movement.
Now it becomes more formal. More structured. More accountable.
This is what I mean when I say *Follow the Water.*
Not inspiration.
Action. Training. Community. Work.
