Brewing Assistant
Help us brew, flavor, can, track production, and prepare deliveries. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Brewery or beverage-production experience is a plus.

Farmers Market Associate
Bring the energy, share the Soul Brew story, introduce customers to our products, and help create a welcoming market experience. Weekend availability, reliability, and a love for connecting with people are essential.

Still reflecting on what an incredible experience it was to moderate at Women’s Entrepreneurship Week for the second year in a row.

The room was filled with energy, honesty, ambition, and so many women trying to figure out how to build businesses without losing themselves in the process.

One thing we all kept coming back to during the “Systemize Your Success” conversation:
Working hard is not the flex. Having systems that work for you is.

As entrepreneurs, especially in the beginning, we become the marketing team, customer service department, operations manager, accountant, creative director, and sometimes even the janitor. We wear every hat because we have to. But eventually, growth requires structure.

The goal is not to stay overwhelmed forever. The goal is to build something sustainable.

I’m thankful to have shared space with such brilliant women and grateful to everyone who came ready to learn, connect, and grow together. Conversations like these remind me why community matters so much in entrepreneurship.

Year two was special. Onward to building smarter, not just harder.
