Be thankful for all that you have.
Not because life is perfect.
Not because every prayer has been answered.
Not because every wound has healed.
Be thankful because you are still here.
For the breath in your lungs.
For the lessons that made you wiser.
For the people who stayed.
For the strength you discovered when you thought you had none.
Gratitude does not ignore pain.
It simply refuses to let pain have the final word.
Today, take a moment to notice something beautiful that has been quietly supporting you all along.
A warm cup of coffee.
A loyal dog.
A peaceful sunrise.
A second chance.
A heart that keeps choosing to hope.
The more we honor what remains, the more we realize how much abundance is already present.

Breathe.
