🩵MARK YOUR CALENDARS - SEPTEMBER 26TH!💜
This September, we invite you to join us for the ✨BENS Hope Annual Su***de Awareness Walk/Run✨- an event dedicated to remembering, connecting, and reminding others that they are never alone.
We are incredibly honored that our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Andrea Kaiser, has been graciously asked to speak at this year’s event. 🫶🏻
Andrea will share a message about looking beyond the surface, recognizing the signs that someone may be struggling, and the incredible impact we can have when we simply slow down, reach out, and remind someone that they matter.
Because sometimes the person who needs help doesn’t look like they need help. 🫶🏻
👉🏻Sometimes it’s the person who is always smiling.
👉🏽The one who is always there for everyone else.
👉🏾The one who says, “I’m fine.”
And sometimes, a simple “I’m here” can mean more than we will ever know.
🩵💜 Come walk with us. 💜🩵
- Come remember those we’ve lost.
- Come support those who are struggling.
- Come stand beside families who continue to carry their stories.
- Come help raise awareness and break the stigma surrounding mental health and su***de.
And most importantly, come remind someone that they are special in this world. 🫶🏻
