to the day I had Original MetroFlex Brother, Branch Warren, at our MetroFlex here in the Twin Cities. Great lift, great intensity, and a great review from him about this great facility. Stop by and see what he and others are talking about. MetroFlexGym.....it's much more than a name, though the name.....says everything.
