Eroticism is not s*x per se, but the qualities of vitality, curiosity, and spontaneity that make us feel alive. The erotic landscape is vastly larger, richer, and more intricate than the physiology of s*x or a repertoire of s*xual techniques. Eroticism is cultivating pleasure for its own sake.

Today’s focus: The Erotic Self. Self-care isn’t just about face masks and mindfulness. It’s about appreciating and tuning into our bodies, letting them teach us what we like, what we don’t like, and what we don’t know about ourselves yet.
