Good morning everyone! I spent the week in the mountains of Kentucky at orientation for school, which was awesome! Only thing, NO GYM ACCESS!
Now at first, I was freaking out...completly worried about losing all my hard earned muscle and becoming a weakling (sn: not possible in 4 days lol). So I reached out to a trainer friend and she gave me amazing body weight/ plyometric and resistance band workouts. Needless to say, I'm still sore!
There is no excuse to not work out if you don't have gym access. Your God given body is sometimes enough.
My other concern was about food. Well, I decided to prep all my food, freeze it and bring it with me. Let's just say, I was the only person who enjoyed all their meals lol. You're going to be surrounded by temptation, I totally was, but will power and focusing on your goals will keep you on track!
Let's blaze through this weekend guys! One day closer to our goals!
