Hi neighbor! If you’re still looking around for a yoga class that fits for you, I teach a variety of kind, caring yoga classes every week. Come try my Restorative Yoga, Yin, Stretch, Hatha Flow or Gentle Flow. All classes include breath work and a relaxing meditation. I love helping others feel better and reduce stress. Your safety and well being are my highest priority.

***New Saturday morning class at Shaanti Yoga***

Yoga Stretch @ 10:30am
60-minutes of mindful movement and traditional yoga postures to lengthen, strengthen and open the entire body. We finish with relaxation to calm the mind. The room is a perfectly cool 70 degrees so come beat the heat with me. Yoga should feel good! Hope to see you!💙❄️🙏🏻 Julie

Save the date, Yogis! We are having another Mindful Hike and Yoga on May 15th with Kellie and Julie. The hike will be at the same location as our previous hike, the Bell View Trail. We’ll meet at 10:15am. Parking is on the street, right in front of the trailhead. The trailhead is located on Robinson Ranch Rd just passing Vista Dr on the left. Look for the trailhead on the left-hand side of Robinson Ranch Rd and if you’ve reached Sentinel Dr, you’ve gone too far. But don’t worry, the trailhead is quite noticeable, so you won’t miss it! The trail has a beautiful view of the Saddleback mountains, where we’ll be hiking to the flagpole summit. We will end with yoga and a guided meditation. Please wear comfortable shoes, bring a mat, water and your curiosity to grow!
Please register ahead on Mindbody so we know how many peeps are coming!

When: Saturday, May 15th

Time: 10:30-12:30am (approximately) Meet at 10:15am

Where: Bell View Trail on Robinsons Ranch Rd, just passing Vista Dr at the trailhead (on the left- hand side)

Pajama party at Lotus 7 Yoga! Tuesday nights in November only, from 7-8pm. Restorative Yoga = stress relief 😌 BYOB - Bring your own blankets (at least 4 blankets and maybe a pillow) and wear your comfy cozies.
This deeply relaxing restorative class will include candlelight, aromatherapy, meditative music and guided meditation while you relax in supportive comfortable yoga postures including restorative twists, elevated legs, heart openers and soft folds.

The right people will miraculously appear. The tools, insights, ideas and resources come. Obstacles and adversaries leave. It has happened too many times to dismiss.
