Chew Your Water
I've been doing this a long time (over 30 years). I already know how "chewing" water affects me and my health; unclogging sinuses immediately, refreshing midday "wake up" without using/abusing caffeinated drinks, thinking more clearly when I get fuzzy brain, and so much more.
The process is simple, take a mouthful of water and treat it like a bute of food. Make the chewing motion with your jaw, even allowing the teeth to touch (without grinding). If the water seems to disappear without the need to swallow, you were very dehydrated.
I do this when I'm out at a restaurant or anywhere I'm offered water. Sometimes the ratio of water ti junk that isn't water changes as your body absorbs the water, leaving (literally) a bad taste in you mouth. If you spit it out (don't spit it out all over the restaurant), you'll be getting rid of a bunch of non-water stuff that you would have otherwise gulped down.
Doing energy-work is easier when you are hydrated. So before doing thingsnlike the moving meditation, reiki, and other energy moving get a mouthful and chew until it's gone or you have to get rid of the non-water junk.
