Over the past two years, my life felt like it was on full display. In many ways, it was deeply healing for me and I know for others too.

This past year, I slowly stepped back and moved through things more quietly. Keeping my personal life private, slow and on my own terms has been such a gift.

Lately, I’ve received so many messages about hosting circles again and holding breathwork sessions and it felt like the right time to share a little life update. I’m incredibly grateful to be nurturing another soul in this lifetime. Being able to share this news with my friends and family, one by one, has been so special and nourishing.

Thank you for being here and for your continued love and support. I’ll be back to holding space for others soon but in this season, I’m holding my family close and honoring the beauty of slowing down 🤍

Truth Unfolded 2025 : Guatemala changed my soul by making me get comfortable with being uncomfortable. We stayed at the most beautiful place, were lead by amazing women and supported each other with our individual strengths. So grateful to be a part of this community and I can’t wait to hold space like this again 🤍

Last week really put me in a space of practicing what I can only call reckless optimism. The kind where you just decide, almost stubbornly, that things are going to work out in your favor—even when there’s no guarantee they will. I was overly optimistic that we’d somehow find good parking at the concert, even though the lot said sold out. And we did. I was overly optimistic that I’d stumble across exactly what I was looking for at Goodwill, even though sometimes those things are hit or miss. And I did. I was overly optimistic that all of my weekend plans would fall perfectly into place without delays or detours. And somehow, they did.

Of course, life has its balance. On the other side of that sunny streak, I found myself completely crashing in the parking lot of the nail salon, my body shutting down from exhaustion. Later in the week I woke up in tears, overwhelmed with the weight of the world and the frustration I sometimes feel for humanity. It was a reminder that optimism doesn’t erase the harder emotions—it just gives me a softer place to land when they come.

Even with the ups and downs, I know deep in my bones that God is good. I know that the universe really does conspire in my favor, weaving things together even when I can’t see the threads. That trust, that surrender, is what I’m carrying with me into this new week: a blend of reckless optimism and quiet faith that no matter how it all unfolds, I’m being guided exactly where I need to be.

What are you willing to be recklessly optimistic about?

The Weekly Exhale

This week brought up some personal things that reminded me how important it is to be gentle with myself. I caught myself taking on other people’s emotions as my own and letting that shape how I was feeling. Practicing detachment is no joke. Energy work is no joke. And honestly being kind to your mind is really fu***ng hard but it works.

If you felt heavy emotions this week, or if the full moon had you in your feels, I see you. I’m proud of myself for leaning on the tools I’ve learned, noticing my patterns, and choosing a different way forward.

*Monday* (I’m late I know) Reflections:
This week has been full between back-to-school and the holiday weekend, life has felt non-stop. My soul has been nudging me to slow down, which isn’t always easy with so many opportunities right in front of me. One thing that lit me up this week was how often numbers kept showing up for me IYKYK.

At church on Sunday the message was crystal clear: tell your story. Share your experiences so others know they’re not alone and so they can see the ways God shows up in your life. That really landed for me. I’m working on a little project connected to this and I can’t wait to share it with you soon.

In the meantime, here’s something fun: I wore pink for the first time in over ten years and didn’t hate it! Change is definitely in the air 💕

Monday Morning Reflection : This past week has been a reminder of life’s highs and lows and how sometimes God removes certain people from our path to make space for others who help us rise into our highest selves. What a gift it is to walk alongside the people in our lives not only in their brightest moments, but also in their struggles. To support and to be supported. For our souls to meet and share in this human journey. Deeply grateful, always.

Each trip feels like another invitation to discover what life wants to show me. This time, the message was clear: self-love and intentional living. Being out in nature surrounded by things far greater, older, and wiser than myself filled me with deep gratitude for simply being here, now.

My intention with sharing my story is not to remain in my trauma but to transmute it. To show that even within grief, there can be joy and that if we are connected to a higher power it’s a gift meant to be shared. I thank God every day for the people and situations He places on my path. I may not always know the reason, but I choose to walk forward in faith, trusting it is all for the highest evolution of everyone involved.

Here’s to showing up and starting to tell my story my way.

Monday Morning Check-In

This weekend gave me exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Not in a restful, relaxing kind of way but in the form of a powerful reminder: we always have a choice in how we live this life. Some choices are monumental and life-altering, but most are small, quiet ones. Still, they all shape the path we’re on. And at any moment we get to choose again. We can shift direction. We can begin anew.

A lot came up for me this weekend: alcoholism, church trauma, child loss, and the way we show up for one another. It reminded me that no one is perfect, and each morning is a fresh chance to decide how we want to move through the world.

One thing I know for sure: I never want to go to bed angry. Losing people teaches you how important it is to say the things that matter now so tell someone you love them, that you’re proud of them, that you see their light.

Living fully with your heart wide open is terrifying. But it’s the only way I want to live from here on out.

xoxo,
from a girl who currently has her heart cracked open 💔

Brain Dump

Lately, I’ve been having a lot of fun exploring how I really feel about certain topics and one that’s been coming up a lot is pleasure. It’s funny how pleasure often gets a bad rap, seen as indulgent or even taboo. But isn’t life, at its core about discovering and savoring the things that bring us joy?

Our relationship with pleasure is so often shaped by where we live, how we were raised, or the beliefs we’ve absorbed. Guilt and shame can creep in and keep us from fully enjoying the moment. And I’m not just talking about s*x. I’m talking about the pleasure of sitting still without feeling bad for not being productive. The pleasure of tasting something delicious without labeling it as “cheating.”

What if those little moments of pleasure, tiny, intentional choices to feel good are actually powerful? What if they’re not distractions but fuel? What if they’re the very things that raise our vibration just enough to level us up?
