House of Pema My name is Pema (my chosen Yogic name) and I am a Healing Mystic. As a Healing Mystic, I am someone who helps others reconnect with their true Self.

House of Pema exists to empower individuals, wellness professionals, creatives, small businesses, and community organizations through mindful practices, authentic marketing, and compassionate education. I achieve this by offering meditation guidance and gentle energy healing through massage. I don't charge set fees or follow commercial certification paths. I believe healing should be accessible to

all, guided by trust, experience, and spirit rather than a bureaucratic and capitalist structure. My offerings flow by word of mouth and through honest connection. If you feel drawn to reach out, please message me. There's no pressure, no formality, or hidden objective. I only have space for openness, healing, and compassion. 🪷 A New Chapter Begins: Welcome to House of Pema 🪷

Over the past several years, many of you have known me through Your Yoga. What started as a space to share yoga has grown into something much more meaningful.

As I've continued my own journey, I've realized that the work I'm passionate about isn't limited to teaching yoga. It's about helping people reconnect—with themselves, their purpose, and their communities.

That's why I'm excited to share that Your Yoga is becoming House of Pema.

This new name reflects the broader vision I've been building.

House of Pema will continue to offer:

And it will also become a place where I can support:
