With my job, I don’t get to hunt as much as I did years ago so I take advantage of times to get out bow hunting when I can. And with hunters showing up again next week, my hunting here in Wisconsin would pretty much be done until late season so I got in a tree last night to go after an old buck that showed up again this year. Well it fell into place last night as he came straight to my mock scrape at 18 yards. With pictures and past encounters, we guessed him to be 7 or eight and always a six point but added a drop tine…. My first drop tine buck. Great old brute of deer and very fun hunt!!!
