Stress isn't just something you feel emotionally—your body feels it too.
Chronic stress can affect your sleep, mood, eating habits, blood pressure, digestion, concentration, and overall well-being.
We may not be able to eliminate every stressful situation, but we can build habits that help our bodies recover.
Today, try choosing just one:
💙 Take a walk outside.
💙 Put your phone away and take five quiet minutes.
💙 Practice slow, intentional breathing.
💙 Go to bed a little earlier.
💙 Pray, meditate, journal, or practice gratitude.
💙 Call someone who makes you feel supported.
You don't need an elaborate wellness routine.
Sometimes taking care of yourself begins with recognizing that you need a moment to recharge.
Mental wellness is part of whole-person health.
What helps you reset when life feels overwhelming?
