News anchor Dominique Dillon went viral after falling asleep during a live broadcast. The story wasn’t that she fell asleep, but why she was so tired.

She couldn’t get her babies to sleep until around midnight and had to be at work at 2:30 the same morning.

We talk a lot about strong women, taking care of home, family, work, business, taking care of everybody and everything and still showing up.

But strong women get tired too.

Sometimes the woman everyone counts on needs a moment to herself too. 💞
