The Community Health & Wellness Expo started because I saw a need.

Too many people want to improve their health but don’t know where to begin. Others don’t know what resources are available or face barriers to getting connected.

I wanted to create a place where people could access health screenings, education, resources, and support, all in one location and free to the community.

Because health and wellness should be accessible to everyone.

There was a time in my life when I didn’t recognize the person looking back at me in the mirror.

I was overweight, struggling, and trying to figure out how to take control of my health and my life.

Like many people, I started and stopped more times than I can count.

What I needed wasn’t just information.
I needed encouragement, support, resources, and a place to start.

That journey changed my life and ultimately inspired the Community Health & Wellness Expo.

Investing in the next generation.

Holistic Vibes had the opportunity to participate in The Power of You Teen Conference in West Monroe, leading a Life Skills session focused on real conversations, decision-making, emotional wellness, and navigating life's challenges.

Our youth are facing pressures that previous generations never imagined. Creating safe spaces where they can learn, ask questions, build confidence, and develop practical life skills is more important than ever.

Thank you to the West Monroe Community Center, Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, and everyone who helped make this event possible. 🌿🍏✨

✨Governor’s Small Business Summit in Allen, Texas

This was such a meaningful experience connecting with small business owners, community leaders, organizations, and professionals who are all passionate about supporting growth, opportunity, and success within our communities.

I enjoyed the conversations, shared experiences, and the reminder that collaboration and connection still matter so much in business. There’s something special about being in a room filled with people who genuinely want to help each other succeed.

Thanks to Allen Economic Development Corporation & Texas Workforce Commission, and all of the partners who helped bring this event together.
