Well.....welcome to my one millionth day 1! Just left the gym and working on meal planning for the week. Also doing Bikini Body Mommy extreme videos. Its going to be different this time. Putting my trust and my weaknesses in God's hands!

So I wont be starting 100% till Monday but I'm going to attempt to use my new instant pot with recipes create by Brittany William's. She has a Facebook community called instant loss. She lost 125lbs but cooking all her meals using the instant pot. She doesnt promote dieting but instead promotes clean eating. Gonna give it a shot! Breakfast has been my challenge so far. Getting the kids to eat anything but cereal causes a meltdown! Got healthy kid friendly breakfast ideas? Let me hear them!

So.....its 2020 yall! Any resolutions? I decided that instead of making a year goal I'm making daily goals! Today's goal? Make it home safe and prepare to get back to life as usual. Tomorrow? Positive attitude, give as much grace as I expect to receive, and drink a ton of water! Happy new year! Its going to be a great one!

So...complete honesty. I hate being overweight. I hate when everyone in the picture is actually smiling and looking at the camera but my fat roll is all I see and I refuse to use the picture. I hate when people compliment my husband on his weight loss and I'm reminded that I've gained weight. I hate wanting to make better choices but never doing it. Being so out of energy that doing things like exercising or spending a while cooking a good meal seems like torture. Eating better and exercising would make me feel better in general if I could just get there! Why is it so hard? Mom life is not accommodating for mommy time but something has to give. I want to be around a long time. To see them all grow up. Shouldnt that be all the motivation I need? Well January 1st will be here before we know it. I hate to make resolutions because they never stick BUT I do think in 2020 things are going to have to change. Be praying and asking God what a healthier you looks like in 2020. Then ask for the courage, strength, and self control to get it done!
