Many people come to therapy saying, “I understand what happened to me, but I still feel stuck.”

Lisa Weinberg, PsyD, specializes in trauma and PTSD treatment and uses an integrative approach that combines EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and relational psychotherapy. Her work focuses not only on insight, but on helping clients feel more connected to themselves, their bodies, and their relationships.

Lisa believes that healing is shaped by family history, culture, relationships, and life experiences—and that people are often far more resilient than they realize.

💚 If Lisa’s approach sounds like it might meet you where you are right now, we invite you to learn more or book an appointment using the link in our bio.

Healthy relationships aren’t about never experiencing conflict—they’re about understanding what’s happening beneath it.

New Collective member Julie LaChapelle has over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and teens through life’s challenges. With advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), she helps couples, individuals, and families move beyond recurring patterns of conflict and strengthen the connection that brought them together in the first place.

What does Reiki actually feel like? What happens in a session?

Reiki can mean different things to different people. But the experience itself is often much more approachable than you might expect: you stay fully clothed, get comfortable, settle into a guided meditation, and receive Reiki through light touch or hands held just above the body.

Some people notice warmth, tingling, emotions, or a profound sense of relaxation. Others simply feel calm and rested.

Jodi Holmes, Reiki Master and Teacher, offers individual Reiki sessions, supporting people as they navigate stress and anxiety, grief and life transitions, or simply seek to connect more deeply with their inner selves.

If you’ve ever been curious about Reiki, we invite you to visit the link in our bio to learn more about Jodi and schedule an appointment.

The phrase mid-life crisis often brings to mind dramatic or impulsive life changes. But for many people, midlife is something much quieter—and much more meaningful.

It’s a time when life naturally invites reflection. As our circumstances, relationships, and priorities change, it’s common to question what still feels aligned and what no longer does.

Our 40s and 50s can bring about big life changes and it’s normal for it to feel overwhelming or difficult. But it’s also an opportunity to answer the question, “What do I want this next chapter of my life to feel like?”

If you could use some help navigating this time in life, our warm and experienced therapists are here for you.

Healing is deeply personal, and it doesn’t happen separately from the experiences that shape who we are.

For many BIPOC individuals, mental health is influenced not only by personal experiences but also by culture, family, community, identity, and the broader systems we live within. A culturally responsive approach to therapy recognizes these realities and creates space for them as part of the healing process.

There is no single “BIPOC experience,” and every person’s story is different. What matters is finding a therapist who approaches your experiences with curiosity, respect, and cultural humility.

If you’re looking for support, we’re here to help you find a therapist who feels like the right fit.

There’s often an unspoken expectation that adulthood comes with a sense of clarity — that at some point, things will feel more certain, more manageable, more “figured out.”

But for most of us, adulthood is an ongoing process of learning how to navigate boundaries, relationships, rest, uncertainty, and self-trust in real time.

If you’ve ever felt like you should have it all together by now — you’re not alone.

And if you could use a little help, our collective of warm and experienced therapists are here to help.

Healing can happen in many different ways.

While therapy can be a powerful part of the process, we can often also find healing through things like nature, friendship, massage, movement, creativity, community, energy healing, spirituality, animals, and meaningful life experiences.

💚 What’s something that helped you heal that wasn’t therapy?
