Grief is somethinf we expierence in our every day life not just in major life events.

People are grieving without even realizing it.

What is something you didn't know you could grieve?

For me is was the loss of a friendship.

It's grief awareness day, and this is your friendly reminder that everyone grieves at their own pace, and will grieve different things.

Some things people my not recognize that they're grieving.

🥀 Their future, and what could have been.
🥀 Having to make changes
🥀 Loss of independence
🥀 A new diagnosis for them or a loved one
🥀 Disease progression
🥀 Losing something that meant the world to them.

Grief is woven into our every day lives, and while the word is mostly used in terms of the loss of a loved one, it applies to so much more.

Grief accompanies loss, no matter what it may have been.
