Friday - Dress Like A Coach Day

We Remember.

KMC Active came together for our “Twin Towers” Memorial Workout in remembrance of September 11, 2001.

- 1 Mile Run (Tower 1)
- 23 Strict Pull Ups (NYPD Lives Lost)
- 343 Box Step ups (FDNY Lives Lost)
- 37 Hand Release Push Ups (Port Authority Officers Lives Lost)
- 1 Mile Run (Tower 2)

This workout was about more than reps, rounds, or finishing times. It was an opportunity to pause, reflect, and remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders who ran toward danger when others were running away.

We are grateful for everyone who joined us and chose to honor their memory through effort, community, and togetherness. ❤️🤍💙

Atwood! Atwood! Atwood!

Our KMC Active - Atwood branch has been crushing it. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning at 5:30 AM, this crew shows up, works hard, and has tons of fun.

Whether it's lifting dumbbells, rowing, or bleacher climbing, we have something for everyone.

Bench Press and Push-Ups at 4:30 am!?

Our members show up bright and early every day to work hard, challenge themselves, and live healthier lives.

Our 3 morning classes alone host over 50 members, and we wouldn't want it any other way.

2026 Kirby Athletic Advantage (KAA) Results!

This summer, the KAA program saw substantial increases in all test scores. The percentage increases were based on the scores of 41 athletes. Athletes tested at the beginning and then retested in the last week of the program.

Tests for the 2026 year included:
- Broad Jump
- Vertical Jump
- Reverse Overhead Medicine Ball Throw
- Pro Agility (5-10-5)
- 12:00 Run (150m Lengths)
- 3RM Deadlift
- 3RM Bench Press
- 3RM Back Squat

Rooted in empirical data, our program further develops athletes across all sports.

Our Summer Training Programs are officially wrapped up!

We hosted school training programs at KMC Active for Argenta-Oreana & Cerro Gordo this summer, and it was a blast!

These student-athletes trained hard, and their results speak for themselves.

Our next Prep Course is coming up on August 10th - August 14th. This is a 5-day course designed to introduce you to our programs as well as our facilities. This is a time to meet the coaches, work out in a small group, and gain confidence before your journey begins.

Congratulations to our 2026 Trifecta Games athletes!

Trifecta Games is our in-house CrossFit Competition. These athletes tested themselves through 3 tests and finished above and beyond what we expected.
