Arthritis can start at anytime so this is not about "getting old" and weekend warriors as well as professionals can develop issues early depending on when they started their sport. A regular routine of masage and mobilization as well as few at home trcks and daily routines can help with pain and stiffness.

Its the start of my days off but this is where the magic happens 💪😁 and even on my "weekends" I spend time here getting ready for the next work week doing chores like laundry and refilling lotions and salves, cleaning the cups, stones and GuaSha scrapers, research on the computer for new modalities and sometimes even a Continuing Ed class or 2. I feel most "me" in 2 places: on a bicycle and doing Massage. Prly why I've been doing both most of my adult life.
