Week 1 switching from tirzepatide to retatrutide and here’s the honest update…

I’m definitely noticing more hunger compared to tirzepatide… but oddly enough, I’m also feeling stronger in my workouts, and more energized throughout the day.

Not all sunscreens are created equal ☀️

Andrea’s favorite SPF picks? The tinted and untinted sunscreens because they do so much more than just “protect.”
