Lash Aftercare
1. Wash your lashes every single day. It is completely okay to wet your lashes after your appointment. Please do not skip washing as this can lead to infections.
2. I am not the person to try and tell you to sleep on your back , because I know some of us can't help how we sleep. However , if you're not normally a back sleeper I will highly suggest you get a lash extension specific sleeping mask. This mask has an indent for your lashes to sit inside. This is not a normal sleeping mask.
3. Do NOT tug or pull or twist your lash extensions! Best case , the extensions fall of your natural lashes and you now have to come sooner for a fill or maybe even a full set. Worst case , your natural lashes come out with the extensions. So please, just do not play with them.
4. Get your fills done at 50% full. If you're noticing gaps in your lash line , that's beyond 50%. I know it sounds confusing but most people have well over 100 natural lashes on each eye, so if you're able to count how many you have , that's a full set. Make sure that you're getting your fills in time. It makes both of our life's easier !
5. NO MASCARA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Not all lash artists may agree with me on some of what I am about to say however , I am actually okay with you wearing makeup with your extensions. However , it will be your job to clean it off , and clean it off WELL! Now, with that being said mascara is NOT one of the makeup items I'm okay with. It will gunk up your extensions, make them harder to maintain, and overall just not good. If there is mascara on your lash extensions, then more often than not it will require a removal and full set. Also, do not come to your appointments with it on your natural lashes. It can leave a film and cause issues with the extensions adhering.
