Showing up for me 🥰

Getting outside with Fit & Fearless 💕

Sometimes, fear is the very thing that keeps us from doing the things we say we want to do.

This weekend tested that for me! Between wondering if I’d fit in, showing up not knowing anyone, and freezing wind, I had plenty of reasons to say, “Maybe next time.” 🥶😂

Showing up for me is not about feeling completely ready, having the perfect conditions, or knowing exactly what to expect. Sometimes, it’s about taking that FIRST STEP.

🌿 Getting outside. 💪🏽 Recognizing my excuses for what they are. ❤️ Giving myself permission to be new at something. 🔥 And showing up anyway.

That’s what FOSS Fit & Fearless is about to me. It’s about choosing to move, choosing to nourish ourselves, and choosing to show up for ourselves even when it feels uncomfortable.

And the beautiful part? We don’t have to do it alone! We can encourage each other, hold each other accountable, and remind one another that progress can be one step at a time.

So, if you’ve been saying you need to walk more, get outside, move your body, or just do something for YOU… consider this your sign. ❤️

You don’t have to be fearless to begin 💪
