“I was thinking back on our first house that Steve and I bought, I think that’s where my love of creating a home started. We lived on Flora in Clifton Heights, so excited to buy a recently flipped (roach) house 🤢. Since the house didn’t even have appliances in it, I negotiated with the sellers to get a new FULL SIZED fridge (they wanted to put in a tiny apartment fridge). My lovely realtor said no way you are getting that, but I was like….write it up in the contract and let’s see. Well yes, after some back and forth, they said ok- go here, pick out your fridge and stove. That taught me to always ask, keep asking and that’s one of my super strengths in this game of real estate. Let me be the person who asks for you as you look to create your next home:)

Btw- Steve will absolutely hate that I shared about our first house- literally dead roaches falling out of the old ceiling fans we took down. Still gives us the shivers today. Oh the house trauma!! I want to hear all about your first house or apartment, drop me a story on your house llama drama.”

Hey beauties, time for a change:)

After years of blending the perfect look on set and building successful businesses behind the scenes, I’ve stepped into a new role—as a licensed real estate agent in Cincinnati! 🏡

Real estate isn’t exactly new to me (my dad was a realtor, and I’ve been investing on my own for years), but this is the first time I’m offering what I’ve always loved: helping people find “the one” — home edition.

It started last fall when Steve and I decided to sell the duplex rental we had for 22 years. I came to the realization that I loved the entire process, from marketing the property to answering questions from the buyer, negotiating on the price, dealing with the title company and getting to the close table, all of my super strengths revealed themselves:))) Steve was most impressed that I was so confident and calm. When most people have meltdowns, I was like “nah we got this”.

My good friend and fellow realtor Stephanie called me out and said- you should get your license. I have always wanted to but my “identity” was MUA. Well, now that I’m over 50, I’ve come to a realization, my super strengths are my identity. I love looking at houses, finding the gems, having heart to heart convos (sometimes difficult ones), and details, details, details.

I have years of experience negotiating with agents, contractors and my husband :)) so now I can bring those skills to my friends and friends of friends.

I specialize in first-time buyers, single women, and anyone who wants someone experienced, focused, and fearless in their corner.

"Kendall came to my house yesterday for a make up lesson and I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with how it went. After I originally scheduled the visit, I second-guessed myself, thinking it was an indulgence and too expensive. But it ended up being worth every penny! Using all the makeup I already had, she made me look so much better than what I normally did with it. I think in the long run I will end up saving money because I will stop buying so much make up, searching for that perfect product to get the look I want. It’s more in the application and using the right colors. Thank you, Kendall!"

"I have looked at so many websites trying to find the perfect tutorial on how to do my eyes, my lips, my cheeks – my face. Wasting time trying to piece things together to learn a new way to do my face as I get older but none seemed to work for me. I was ready to give up and believe that my looks just don't matter anymore, then I found Kendall.
