As technology continues to reshape mental health services, social workers are navigating both the opportunities and responsibilities that come with it 💻

From telehealth platforms to AI-powered tools, virtual care has expanded access and transformed the way clinicians connect with clients. But with innovation also comes important conversations around ethics, regulations, privacy, and cross-state practice.

As remote services become more common, understanding both the benefits and limitations of emerging technology is more important than ever for today’s social work professionals.

Read “What to Consider When Considering AI” by Sue Coyle, M.S.W. on Social Work Today, available as an ABCSW member benefit.
