Lately, life’s been shifting.
And not so much externally, but internally.
Beliefs, identities, and ways of being that have protected me for much of my life are rearranging, slowly falling away.
Not because they were necessarily “bad,” but because they served their purpose. And as humans, we evolve, we shift.
And as all of this begins to rearrange and integrate, it makes space for the life that calls us.
A life that feels in alignment with our hearts. A life where we don’t abandon ourselves, and trust ourselves through it all.
A life that feels alive.
And what I’m learning is that these shifts, that transformation itself, isn’t linear. And it doesn’t ask for urgency, to do more, or be more.
It’s slow, steady, and it asks us to notice, listen, and then move.
So, what can that actually look like?
🦋 Maybe it’s taking three deep breaths before you get out of bed.
🦋 Maybe it’s pausing for one breath before making a decision or reacting.
🦋 Maybe it’s simply noticing what happens in your body when you eat something, interact with someone, make a choice, or move through your day.
Moment by moment, we notice.
Because transformation invites us to become more conscious and present… to essentially participate in our own evolution. 🌀
How are you listening?
