A word from the owner herself:
I created Devenir because I wanted to build something different. I didn’t want to create just another company that provides services and checks boxes. I wanted to create an organization where growth, independence, purpose, and genuine relationships truly matter.
My vision for Devenir has always been to see growth in others—to watch individuals discover what they are capable of, gain confidence, learn new skills, experience new opportunities, and become more independent. Every person deserves to be seen for who they are and supported in becoming who they want to be.
I also wanted Devenir to be different for the people who work here. I want our staff to feel that they are part of something meaningful, not simply coming to work and completing a shift. What we do matters. The way we treat people matters. The small moments of encouragement, patience, empathy, and support can create real change in someone’s life.
Devenir was created with the belief that we can always do better, dream bigger, and expect more for the people we serve. We don’t have to be like every other company. We can challenge the way things have always been done, create opportunities, listen to the people we support, and celebrate progress—no matter how big or small.
The name Devenir represents becoming. That is at the heart of why this company exists: to help people become more independent, more confident, more connected, and more fulfilled.
I created Devenir because I believe every person has the ability to grow—and I wanted to build a company committed to helping them do exactly that.
