Feel the Heal 77

Feel the Heal 77 Breathwork found me when I forgot myself. Now I guide others back to their rhythm, truth, and wholeness. I walk the path I once needed. Mobile

This is sacred work, rooted in remembrance, healing, and the power of the breath. Every breath is a return to self.

Grateful to be a part of spaces that bring wellness into high-stress environments.

In environments where people are constantly moving, producing, serving, leading, and carrying responsibility, the nervous system can easily begin to live in a state of stress.

Intentional wellness practices like breathwork, stillness, sound, and nervous system regulation create space for the body to pause, soften, and come back into balance.

And the beautiful thing is this does not only support the individual. When one person becomes calmer, clearer, and more grounded, it naturally affects the people around them.

They communicate differently. They respond with more awareness. They lead with more presence. They carry less tension into the room. Wellness is not just personal.
It becomes relational. It becomes environmental. It becomes something everyone can feel. I am truly grateful to be a part of moments like this where people are given permission to breathe, reset, reconnect, and return to themselves.

Life gives us a moment so rare, so sacred, so perfectly timed, that we know it is not random.

It is a reminder that divine timing is real.
That the unseen is always moving.
That some blessings do not arrive late, they arrive when the soul is finally ready to receive them.

During Breathwork today, we sat with the energy of the rare. The parts of ourselves we forget to honor. The gifts we overlook because they come so naturally. The blessings that have been trying to reach us, but needed us to soften enough to receive.

So I asked,

What is rare within me that I have not fully honored?

What rare blessing has been trying to reach me?

What part of me only appears when I finally feel safe?

What gift have I been overlooking because it feels natural to me?

Sometimes the rarest thing is not outside of us.
Sometimes the rarest thing is the version of us that finally feels safe enough to be seen.

The breath has a way of bringing us back to what was never lost, only buried, protected, hidden, or waiting. And maybe this blue moon was not just something happening in the sky.

Maybe it a mirror. A reminder. A sacred pause asking us to notice the rare light we carry within ourselves.

Once in a blue moon, you remember, you were the blessing trying to arrive.

Water Remembers 🌧️🌊

My Taíno ancestors understood something many of us are remembering again… Water is sacred, Water carries life, Water carries prayer, Water carries memory.

And even science reminds us today that water is not still or meaningless.

Water is made of molecules that constantly connect through hydrogen bonds, creating a living network of movement and relationship. Scientists study how water’s structure shifts with its surroundings, temperature, pressure, minerals, and environment. While science has not proven that water “remembers” our words in a literal way, it does show us that water is responsive, connected, and deeply influenced by what it moves through.

The ocean is not just water, The rain is not just weather, The puddle running down the street is not just something we step around.

It is all part of the same living cycle. So when the rain falls, I speak gratitude into it.
When I see the ocean, I offer breath and reverence. When water moves through the earth, I remember that it will touch the grass, the trees, the animals, the food we eat, and the bodies of those we love.

Even our bodies remember water. The adult human body is up to about 60% water. Our brain and heart are about 73% water, and our lungs are about 83% water.

This is why our words matter. This is why our breath matters. Every EXHALE is a prayer. Every breath carries vibration. Every blessing we speak over the water becomes part of what we return to the earth.

So I choose to speak life into the water.
Love into the rain. Gratitude into the ocean.
Healing into the rivers. Peace into the puddles. Remembrance into every drop.

Because water does not only nourish us today. It nourishes the generations coming after us. The children. The animals. The plants. The land. The unseen ones still on their way.

May we remember to breathe with the water, not just drink it. May we remember to honor it, not just use it. May every drop carry love forward.

Breathe life. Speak blessing. Honor the waters
