Some of you have known me for years. Some know me as the event planner. Some know me as Jeff’s wife or Bella and Ben’s mom. And some might remember the “Christmas House” in Lancaster where I grew up.

But if we’ve never really talked about the wellness side of what I do, here’s a little reintroduction…
I’m Amy.
Event planner by day.
Macro coach by night.
Professional problem solver.
Kitchen dancer.
Fueled primarily by protein, pre-workout, and the belief that women over 40 deserve to feel amazing.
I help busy women build strength, boost energy, lose stubborn weight, and stop feeling like they’re constantly starting over every Monday.
Because I’ve been there too.
The bloating. The exhaustion. The “why isn’t this working anymore?” phase.
Turns out the answer wasn’t eating less and doing more cardio.
(Who would’ve thought?)
Now I’m passionate about helping women find a sustainable approach that actually fits real life—because life is busy enough without spending every Monday promising yourself that this is the week you’re finally going to get back on track.
So whether you’re here because we grew up together, worked together, our kids know each other, we’re family, or social media somehow brought us together…
