Hi, I’m Marni Henderson—Whole Health Educator®, and founder of Sunrise Retreats and Coalesce Discovery. With over 30 years of experience in community health and soul-centered healing, I walk beside women navigating BIG life change—the kind that flips your inner compass or whispers, you’re ready. My work blends science and soul: movement, nervous system literacy, meaningful coaching, and the quiet

power of sacred ceremony. Because healing isn’t just about information—it’s about integration. And sometimes, that means gathering around ritual, creativity, and the simple act of being fully seen. It’s about the big picture of wellness—where your past, culture, relationships, and lived experiences shape your present. It’s about leaning into your deeper wisdom to design a life that reflects your values from the heart. We begin Discover Life Again on Monday, and as I do some final preparations, I’m reminded why this space matters so deeply. It’s one of the very precious places where your whole story gets to come with you, the love, the loss, the confusion, the courage, the parts still tender, and the parts ready for what’s next.

This class offers room to integrate it all, to understand your wholeness even in the rebuilding, and tend to wellbeing as you take your next steps.

“You can honor what was, live what is, and still allow what’s next. Your heart is big enough for all three.”

-They sing “You Sexy Thing” louder than Hot Chocolate and “Dancing Queen” sassier than ABBA.
- I tried to sneak in extra core work with noodle jokes. They laughed… then told me I need to date more.
- They showed up with stiff joints, full hearts, and a few heavy things they didn’t say out loud.
- We high-five every single person in the pool. 🙏That never gets old.
- They leave feeling strong, radiant, and more themselves than when they arrived. So I ask them to remember that feeling next time they want to skip class.

🦄And that’s the magic:
They moved. They laughed. They connected.
Even when they didn’t feel like it.

Why it matters:
✨ Humor gives your nervous system a break.
✨ Community reminds you—you’re not alone and “connection is the currency of wellness.” (Thank you, Dr. John Travis).
✨ Showing up (especially when it’s hard) is where healing begins.

Oh sweetness- all my hearts walking outside my body….mama joy bubbles. We shifted the way we do holidays so that they are filled with more joy and ease. That means connecting before the season shifts. Not only does it fill our cups, it sets the tone with what truly matters to our family as we head into the holidays: time with each other - BEING. ⏳💞

✨The holiday season can be filled with love and connection, but for many, it also brings stress, obligations, and even feelings of grief. What if we reimagined our traditions to focus on moments that bring us true joy and ease?

🤔Consider simple changes to holiday celebrations that allow for more peace and less pressure:
1. Define Your Priorities – Choose a few meaningful traditions and let go of others. Make space for what truly uplifts you and your loved ones.
2. Plan Together – Involve family or friends in planning, focusing on shared experiences rather than perfection. It’s okay if celebrations look different each year!
3. Practice Self-Care – Allow time for reflection, rest, or even solo activities. Holidays don’t have to be rushed or packed with events.

The quest for perfection can steal so much of our precious time. Striving to have everything “just right” often leads to burnout and keeps us from living a life that truly aligns with our values.

✅ What if, instead of aiming for perfection, we aimed for meaning?
✅ What if we let go of needing every detail to be flawless and focused on what matters most?

Time management isn’t just about squeezing more into our day; it’s about being intentional with our energy. When we stop chasing “perfect” and start embracing purpose, we create space for experiences that feed our souls.
