Planning to ramp up outdoor training this season? Don't skip the assessment phase. 🙅♂️
Most breakdowns happen when volume increases faster than capacity can adapt. Test these three areas first: ankle dorsiflexion in a loaded position, hip internal rotation on both sides, and thoracic rotation without compensation.
If any of these are limited, your body will find the movement somewhere else, usually in a joint that isn't built to handle it. Fix the restriction before adding the load. ⚠️
