Dad. ♥️ Grief is not loud. It is quiet, persistent, and exhausting. It wears the face of tiredness more than it does of tears. There comes a point when the sorrow doesn’t shout anymore; it just settles into your bones, into your muscles, into your sighs at the end of the day. You grow weary not just of the pain, but of carrying it, day after day, silently, because the world moves on and expects you to as well. But inside, your heart still visits the places that memory left behind, and the weight of absence becomes a fatigue words can’t quite name. You’re not just tired, you’re grief-tired, soul-tired, the kind of tired that sleep can’t fix.
And yet, somehow, you wake again. And in that rising, quiet as it may be, there is strength. There is love. There is the slow, sacred work of healing that walks beside the grief, and one day, it will carry you farther than you ever thought you could go. ♥️ Forever in our hearts. Forever young. Forever a hero.

Filled with gratitude for being able to guide my mom in meditation this morning. She has been my everything through every moment in life. To be a rock for her in just one moment is my life’s greatest success. She has taught me, guided me, supported me, laughed with me, cried with me. She is my hero and the epitome of vibrance and strength. Thankful to create space for her body and mind to be at ease and comforted by my voice in meditation. Love beyond… ♥️🙏🏼 Namaste, mama
