Award-Winning Library Programming!

The Nashville Talking Library (NTL) production team received an International Association of Audio Information Services (IAAIS) Award in the Magazine category for its weekly National Geographic production. This award recognizes the dedication of the NTL production team and volunteer readers who make these accessible publications available to the community.

A special congratulations to Virginia McCuen, who was recognized for her outstanding narration and valuable contribution to the award-winning production!

Disabled to the Front invites you to our Mobility Device Cleaning (3-6 pm) and Disabled Dance Party (6-9 pm)! Join us to celebrate mobility devices! We will have local bike techs ready to clean & l**e devices from 3-6 pm. We can also do simple repairs and add reflective tape to bikes and mobility aids to help make them safer at night. We will have handlebar streamers and other decorations for bikes and wheelchairs courtesy of Bike Fun and Nashville Bike Taxi! We will have a photobooth area setup so you may take a picture with a pedal taxi, courtesy of Nashville Bike Taxi! We will have voter education and registration support thanks to the RevUp Disability Voting Coalition.

Ride your bike! People who ride bikes (and boards) & people who use wheelchairs need to stick together!

Then from 6-9 pm we will have live performances and a Disabled Dance Party featuring:
DJ set by Foundation Mecca
Live performances by Graduates Rise featuring Electric Python Jeff Hime on guitar, Garrett DeVaughn Music the Mad Uke Bard, Nicólas Soul, Kolrick , and Cha Cha Heels!!!
