Beginning with their grand opening on September 4 and 5, you’ll be able to find all four of our core blends, along with our seasonal Pumpkin Patch Crunch, right inside their beautiful new store.

Pumpkin Patch Crunch is coming back. 🎃

The first taste of fall returns this Wednesday, August 26.

Warm maple, real pumpkin, toasted pecans, pumpkin seeds and cozy fall spices all baked together in small batches in the Rise & Moore kitchen.

Beginning Wednesday, Pumpkin Patch Crunch will be available online and at our upcoming farmers markets, with select retail locations following soon.

For me, food became personal long before Rise & Moore ever began.

Growing up with a sensitivity to gluten taught me early that what I ate could directly affect how I felt. As I got older, I started paying closer attention, not only to gluten, but also to ingredients, how food was made, and how my body responded to it.

The kitchen became a place where I could slow down, learn, and make more intentional choices. I began creating food with simple, thoughtfully chosen ingredients and without the things I did not believe needed to be there.

That journey eventually became part of the heart behind Rise & Moore.

Every batch begins here, in our home kitchen, with the belief that food should be made with care and should leave you feeling good about what you are bringing into your home.

Food became personal for me. Now, making it for you is personal too. 🤎

Where it all started. 🤎

Before the polished packaging, growing wholesale orders, and market displays filled with granola, there were these first bags, handwritten dates, homemade labels, one market table, and a dream I felt called to pursue.

Rise & Moore began at the Goodlettsville Farmers Market on May 1, our first wedding anniversary. I remember setting up that table without knowing exactly what the day would hold. By the end of the market, we had nearly sold out.

That day gave me the first glimpse of what Rise & Moore could become.

So much has changed since then, but the heart behind it hasn’t. Every batch is still made with intention, every ingredient is still chosen with care, and every bag is still part of something I’m deeply grateful to be building.

One table. A dream. And a whole lot of faith.

Thank you to everyone who has purchased a bag, returned for another, shared Rise & Moore with someone you love, or encouraged me along the way. You have helped this little beginning grow into something far greater than I could have imagined. 🤎

There’s a story behind the name Rise & Moore. 🤎

When I first chose the name, “Rise” represented more than simply getting up in the morning.

It meant rising with the sun.

Rising to become the best version of yourself.

Rising each day with purpose and choosing to live it fully.

And “Moore” started with something very personal, my new married last name.

But over time, it came to represent something more, too.

More intention.
More nourishment.
More adventure.
More purpose.
More of the things that make this life meaningful.

I don’t think I understood then just how much the name would eventually come to represent.

But looking at Rise & Moore today, it feels like the name has grown right alongside us. 🤎
