Getting an estimate for work to be done on your home can be daunting. I received a call yesterday from a lady that we did a radon test for. We also gave her proposal because she tested high. She called two other companies to get estimates. One emailed her a proposal and then set up an install in May without her approving. Needless to say she called them and canceled it and gave them what's for. That was pretty shady. The other company she called before she could even ask for an estimate asked her why she was having another company come in to test her home.? Were they even certified? How does she know they're certified? Who were they? They didn't ask anything about her home. All they did was interrogate her. Needless to say she called us and hired us. I have always treated people the way I want to be treated, with respect. I treat them as the home they have is mine. To say, how would I approach and install a system? What is the best way to do this? Is there more than one option? And then go over all the details of what is entailed and what is going to happen when they get a system. No matter what you do if you have a business, treat everyone as a potential customer, with respect and honesty and integrity.
