Today was a wonderful day at Moore-Few Care Center! We loved welcoming our community for our Spring Open House and sharing all the joy, smiles, and connection that make our facility feel like home. Shout out to our Hopsice teams for making an appearance as well - Gentiva, Heartland, St Croix, & Good Shepard!

Also, as an honorable mention, a special congratulations to our Employee of the Year, Izzy Hallam! 🎉 Your hard work, compassion, and dedication do not go unnoticed—we are so lucky to have you as part of our team as our Activities Director!

Sweet spring days call for even sweeter treats! 🍦

Residents at Moore-Few enjoyed a fun outing to Dairy Queen. This lunch was filled with smiles, sunshine, and plenty of ice cream. Moments like these are what it’s all about! 💛
