I have been a hospice nurse for 16 years and am walking across Iowa to promote an awarness of hospice and as a FUDRAISER (goal is $10,000) for our EveryStep Foundation.

Puts me around 228 mile for the trip with 30 more miles to go tomorrow!

Hospitality on STEROIDS!!

From the first call with Mr Steve to the first hug with Ms Lynne, the McCrabb's have been exceptional hosts!!

I initially called Mr Steve to ask about staying in his yard and maybe a hookup for the E-bike but he said- "I have a camper you can stay in."

I told him we would not turn that down!

Not only is the country up here beautiful but the McCrabb's also have a beautiful property and an even more beautiful giving heart!

They completely opened their amazing home and property to us and welcomed us as their own!

When we arrived, Mr Steve got the camper ready for us to sleep in and the garage ready to store our supplies, while Ms Lynne fixed us diner AND did our laundry! She even folded our laundry for us!

We just got done having a great meal with great people who have a great heart!

Thank you so much Mr Steve and Ms Lynne!! You guys are amazing!!

They also made a donation to the EveryStep foundation!!

God blessed us above and beyond more than we could have asked for!

God bless the McCrabb's!

Now for some rest and sleep. Jeff and I get to snuggle in a king bed together! 😁 But we (or at least I) dont care. It beats sleeping on the ground!
