Absolutely delicious scones! The wife and I loved them! We had: fun in the sun, pizza night and smores. All were done very well and not dry at all. We'll be getting more again soon! Go support a local veteran owned business. She does great!

What you do isn't as important as how passionately you do it. Yesterday we were reminded of the sacrifices made for us to have the lives that we do.
Today we go forth and live a life full of those freedoms.

There's no reward for hiding your pain, just worse pain later. Not just today either, it's okay any day.
Times of perseverance are important but sometimes you break and that's okay.
Grit won't overcome certain things, it'll only amplify them.

Remember these men. Real heroes.
Marine Lance Cpl. John Felix Farias, of New Braunfels, died June 28, 2011, in Afghanistan. He was 20.
Marine Sgt. Thomas Spitzer, of New Braunfels, died June 25, 2014, in Afghanistan. He was 23.
Both of these men did not live beyond the age of 23. Think on the blessing of opportunities you have had to live and enjoy your live beyond 23 years old. Do not use this as a feeling of guilt for what was not accomplished but as a reminder that we have the freedoms that we have today because of those who went before. So go out and live a life worth living.
Let's make a positive difference in the world.
Remember it is always US OVER I and we remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for us. No one embodied the message more than the brave men and women who have served for our country.
