Meet Winzer, our amazing First Friday Yoga @ The Sophie instructor!

Winzer is a 500‑hour Registered Yoga Teacher and an Adaptive Yoga Therapist Resident in Training. She specializes in therapeutic yoga for mental health and mindful living, offering a warm, supportive class environment for all levels.

Join her next Friday, April 3, for an all‑levels session designed to help you reset, breathe, and reconnect.

Class Schedule (March–December):
• First Friday of each month • 12:00–1:00 p.m.
• Third Thursday of each month • 6:00–7:00 p.m.

Yoga literally means “to yoke” — to bring together.

I teach yoga throughout the New Braunfels community, offering unique spaces where people can gather, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

My offerings include:
• Cave Yoga and sound baths monthly at Natural Bridge Caverns
• First Friday community classes at the Sophienburg Museum (volunteer-based)
• Pre-K Yoga Story Time at the Westside Library, introducing mindfulness and movement to young children (volunteer-based)
• Yoga at Del Webb Veramendi for the 55+ community
• Private yoga therapy and sound healing sessions at Alchemy Collective NB
• Annual October collaborations for Breast Cancer Awareness, raising funds for Pink Warrior Advocates
• Regular public classes, including Yoga & Wine at John Newcombe Country Club
