These programs are all about our foundational pillars(sleep, hydration, nutrition, digestion, movement, stress/mindset) 🔆

Regardless of gut issues or hormonal imbalances, the first thing you always look at are these important pillars because whether you are on a gut protocol, trying to balance your hormones or maybe just want to have more energy and not feel so lousy- we gotta be focusing on these core concepts before diving into anything else‼️

Something I've been working on behind the scenes is finally feeling real enough to share. 🌿

While working full time and navigating my own health journey, I've been pouring myself into building The Hormone Haven and working toward my women's holistic health practitioner certification. It's been equal parts exciting and terrifying — but the passion I have for this work keeps pulling me forward.

I'm now opening up a small number of founding client spots for my 6 Week Hormone Foundations Program and my 12 Week Foundational Hormone Reset.

These programs are designed to help women build sustainable habits around the foundations that matter most — nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, digestion, and cycle awareness. No overwhelming protocols, no perfection required. Just a simple, supportive structure to help you feel more like yourself again.

As I complete my certification, I'm offering these first spots at an introductory rate that reflects where I am in my journey — this pricing is exclusive to this founding round and won't be available once I'm certified.

It's important to stop and ask yourself "am I hitting all of my baselines or are there areas I can be better in?" 🧠

We aren't perfect, we are human...

BUUUUUUT, consistency is everything. We can't be eating out, drinking alcohol, getting 4 hours of sleep, staying in flight/fight mode and "hydrating" our bodies with Celsius, coffee and soda and think - why am I feeling this way?

You must do the things you're never done to have the life you're never had 🫰🏼✨️🌿

Most of the time, it is that simple ☺️

This meal was THEEE perfect post-walk refuel 🥗I'm all about that protein + fat + fiber combo—especially lately!

Sweet potatoes are my MVP for B6 and magnesium when I need a little extra mood and cramp support during my period because ya know sweet potato >>> everything else 🥔
