✨I started running strictly out of OBEDIENCE, I did not want to AT ALL & in my obedience, I’ve been learning SO much about myself, my body, and my mind through my own process of running (I started with 10 secs & losing my breath…im now at 34 mins clean breathing 👏🏾). I’m grateful for the lessons & how they translate into & simplify my everyday life. Here’s a tidbit. 🎙️
